We build NailDesk — point-of-sale software for nail salons.

NailDesk runs the front of a nail salon: customers check themselves in, the day's work is shared out among the technicians in turn, appointments are kept, and payment is taken at the counter. NailDesk also sends appointment text messages, from its own number, to salon customers who ask for them.

NailDesk is developed in the United States and designed with nail salons in Florida.

Text messages

NailDesk sends the text messages about customers' salon visits — confirmations, reminders, a message when a customer's technician is ready, changes or cancellations, and a thank-you after the visit. NailDesk (Bao Le LLC) is the sender: the messages come from NailDesk's own registered number, and each names NailDesk as the sender and the salon where the visit is.

Texts are optional, and a customer can stop them at any time by replying STOP. What we do with a phone number is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the texting terms in our Terms.
